So Upset

It's been another busy and stressing week. Do you also feel upset every time that things doesn't go exactly as what you have planned? I am a sticky note boy and i used to have an organizer with me to keep myself on track. I give all my best to accomplish everything on a certain day. My job is starting to become more demanding lately and my bosses are trying to monitor my moves to see how productive I am as their employee. I am a contractual employee and this is my last month if ever they are not satisfied with my work. Well, I know I did my best so i have no reason to worry. It doesn't really matter if i will be regularized or not, i had fun working with my colleagues and that's something i can treasured forever.

Anyway, the reason why i am so upset is because Milzon, Mirasol and I were actually planning to make art projects last week but we failed to make one because of my busy work. They moved me into a new working schedule and i simply can't bear with it. Thanks God tomorrow is an official non working holiday in commemoration with the 25th Anniversary of the EDSA People Power Revolution. We will definitely grab this opportunity to make art projects to be featured next month here in my blog.
Right now i am so stressed and i really need some rest. Good thing i was able to download casino mobile games. Games like these used to be my stress reliever whether it's a mobile or computer game, i really enjoy playing casinos. Good thing there are casino games for mobiles now in which i can access wherever i go. It's perfect to keep me away from getting bored (especially during seminar sessions with our bosses). I have heard that we will have a 3-day Seminar this coming March which means, i should start searching cool casino for iphone and download as many games as i can because this seminar will be as boring as the previously held seminar in our office.Sobs.

Lost Document

Melvin and I will go to Social Security Sytem (SSS) Department tomorrow. He just lost his E1 form and now he has to go directly to the SSS department to request for another copy of it. He lost the original copy 2 years ago and it's kinda irritating that he didn't even inform us about this. E1 is really important especially if you are going to apply for a job. You have to present your E1 form in the absence of your SSS ID. He don't have the ID yet and if ever he apply for it , it will take more than 3 months for the card to be released.(here how E1 form looks like... I grabbed this photo from the web)
And now that he have lost his E1 form, it is kinda impossible for him to apply as of this moment. He's actually planning now to apply for a company but he will be rejected because of the absence of the E1 form. Too bad, he is not aware about his Social Security number.
So to make closure to this issue, i decided to join him tomorrow to help him in filing the request form.
He's now 20 years old and his old enough to get a job. I told him that he better start working so that he can help the rest of his family. I even told him to try participating some reliable cash gifting programs that guarantees him fast money.
Anyway, he will be heading to the City Hall today to get an Affidavit of Laws. He'll be using that document for verification purposes.

I just had a chat with my friend last night. He's now living in Canada and he's been staying there for almost 3 years already. I thought once you step abroad especially in US or Canada, you'll never have to worry in getting a job not until my friend told me that it is not that easy as what I think. Yes, you can get a job there but not as you want it to be. Some are saying that if you are a professional here in the Philippines, when you step abroad and find a new job, do not expect to get the same high position or same profession or degree. Sad but true. Could you imagine that after 4 years of studying in college just to get your desired degree; it will be useless if you want to try your luck abroad?
Actually, there are some ways to help you earn a degree and to get the job that you’re always ever wanted. That is by taking online courses! If you are an engineer or an IT like my friend, you may want to try taking some what so-called online engineering schools. As what my friend told me, the only thing that you just have to make sure is to deal with the online schools that offer accredited courses.

SIMPLY MISSING THEM

I start working when i was 17 years old. Since then, i encountered so many people. Different faces with different kind of personality. For me Job is not all about gaining work experience, its not about earning money nor stressing out yourself due to heavy work, obligation and responsibilities. For me, Every worker should also prioritize the value of friendship and how to deal with your supervisors, managers and especially your co-workers. Through that kind of perspective, you will realize how lovely your job was despite of heavy works and stressing schedules. Even though the contract ends up with that employer, what important is you built up a strong foundation of friendship which last forever.

Its been a Month...still on going

Its been a onth now and im still having my work as a call center agent...

And one good thing here is that i got used to it already... well i can say that im now enjoying my job(so far)..well i have to admit that its quite tough for me especially when it comes to my Schedule where in i have to be at my work from 10 pm up to 9 am without sleep...

And its quite disappointing as well that you are working on a higly compensated company for you to be yelled by irate customers.. well the good thing there is that where just having interactions through phone and not facing them personally.

Well we have to be emotionally prepared for this...thats what our trainers told us before setting us out on the priduction field.

As of this time, i am happy that i dont have to spent my Holidays in my work coz luckily Christmas and New Years are both set on thursday which is my rest day...Cheers!!

And By the way i am also celebrating my birthday today...

I havent done it as extravagant as the others... i just wnat it to be simple..like spending it with my family and thats it!! im happy for what ever i have now!!

Done with the Product training

Cheers!! Im done passing it through this ind breaking product training.
We're done with our Nesting as well where we are to interact with actual customers.
and im telling you guys its quite hard especially if you encounter Irate customers.
They will yell at you and thats so harsh, could you imagine that we are being paid for us to be yelled only?..but then its not bad i think its always been a part of our job as a call center agent.
You heard it right, i said Agent..we just had our Graduation last meeting that we had so it means i made it..
but then i am now facing the hardest part...The ACTUAL JOB
i dont know if i could stay that long in this kind of industry but ill try my best.

We're done with Accent and Conversational English(ACE) training now Its time for our Product Training.

yes! after that Nose bleeding discussions that we had in our ACE training here comes the mind breaking Product Training

This time we are to learn the actual training or how the process of our job was done.

This time our trainers will test and measure our knowledge in regards with technical matters since we are Technical Support associate.

Well, im not that "techie" and my knowledge was not that high in terms of technical stuffs and matters but still i want to prove something... and to learn something as well..
and this one month product training will sure be a big help for me to improve

A CALL CENTER CAREER?

Im now having my training in a Call Center in Bacoor
And i have to tell you guys it wasnt that easy for a "CALL CENTER VIRGIN"like me
i dont even have any knowledge of what am i doing
i dont even have the guts to be here(i think)
im not that good in english and constructing my sentences...but then as what my mom told me
i have to be "OPTIMISTIC"
i should always think positive every time
FAILURES should not break you down
but then they told me that once you were on your training there's no reason for you to failed it
thats why it was called training cause they have to train you for you to learn
well im in Accenture account right and work there as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
oh my ...i dont even know how to fixed internet connection problems
but then im excited to be set on the floor
i know i could make it

Currently seeking for a new Job!

yes after my five consecutive months working at HRD, now I'm seeking for new opportunities.

I'm currently looking for a new job that may suit my resume.

And it was so tough for me to get a new job especially that I'm pursuing a call center industry.It wasn't that too easy for me to get into it due for so many process that I'm going to undergo with.

It was my first time to apply in a call center and I'm wasn't that sure that i can make it through.

Its hard for me to compete with all other professionals and all other well skilled call center agents.

Well Do i really have what it take to be a call center agents?Do i have the guts to be in this kind of industry?

Sometimes, i just want to be an Optimistic guy.I just want to look positive in all the things I'm going to make.

Well failures will never break me down.Failures will never be the hindrances for my success

Perhaps these failure will be a challenge for me to become more competitive and more productive in my work as well

I will never be discourage i know that God always have many plans for me, if Call center career wasn't for me well maybe there still other opportunities waiting outhere for me to discover
