Popsicle Stick Toy Train

Finally, we went down to our last project for this month. Today, we will make Popsicle Stick Toy Train.

To start, we need different color craft sticks, laces, Styrofoam, and glue.

Layout the stick...

Glue a pair of stick on the side (take note! you have to keep the two sticks at least 3-5 millimeters away from each other.

Do the same thing on the other side (done with the base)

For the walls, make it at least 3 popsicle stick high...

Make 2 pairs of walls; the long one and the short one

Usging glue gun, start gluing the walls to our base.

Should be something like this!

For the wheels, cut a circle from the Styrofoam and put a lace around it. make four wheels!

Now connect each wheels using a stick.

Place the stick on the mini space that we left awhile ago at the bottom part of our base

lock the wheels using small pieces of craft sticks

Get a thin copper wire and twist it using a plier

The first copper wire should be twisted like this and should be places at the back of our train

The other one should be twisted like this (forming a hook) and should be placed at the front.

Should have something like this! (done with one of the compartments)

Make as many as you want and make it more colorful too!

For the head of our train... just put 4 popsicle sticks in an upright position in each corner.

Make the roof and the front cover..

Toy Robot

Finally, we head down to our last project for this month. Tadah! It's a Toy Robot and Milzon named him Max.

To start, we need 2 empty boxes, 4 styro cups, 2 ice cream plastic cups, 2 bottle caps, 2 medicine bottle caps, copper wire, popsicle stick, rectangular plastic container, 4 tanzans, poster paints.

Paint the boxes first.

Set aside the boxes and get the 4 tanzans. Make a hole in each tanzan.

Insert the copper wire and lock it.

Then put it inside the styro box. The other end of the copper wire should be placed outside. Since this is a styro, it would be easy to make a hole out of it but just do it carefully.

Then insert the copper wire on the side of the huge box.

Then lock it inside the box using another tanzan.

Do the same procedure on the other arm.

Flip it up and glue the legs .

Should look like this.

Now attach the head.(the smaller box)

Paint the rectangular container with white poster paint.

Then paint the side with blue.

Attach it on the mid part.

Paint the arms and legs.

Place the other details.

Tadah! We're done!

Working Abroad, Is it For Me?

I just got a proposal from my auntie, asking me whether I want to work abroad or not. It is a tough question for me actually and I cannot answer her right away. According to her, my uncle is inviting me to work with his current company in Kuwait since there is an urgent hiring and they thought that I might be interested to grab that position. I haven't been to any foreign countries but working abroad is actually one of my dreams. However, the problem is that I don't have enough courage yet and on top of that, I have a job here and I just can't leave it right away. Interestingly, they told me that I can still have my online job in Kuwait which somehow fascinates me and they told me that if I am interested, i should start processing my papers.
Honestly, Kuwait is not my dream country because I am aiming for a better one like US or Europe maybe but then I realized that being picky will not really help me at all considering how hard it is to be hired (legally) abroad. This is a great opportunity indeed and a great start for me as an Oversees worker.
If this offer didn't work, then I might consider searching online through some reliable recruitment online companies. Non Stop Recruitment in particular, offers a wide range of graduate jobs in recruitment and my profile and employment records might fall perfectly in one of their job categories. Upon checking their site, I found out that most of their client partners are big and well known companies like Oracle, Pfizer , Novartis to name a few. How To Make Recycled Toy Race Car

Recycling is good and something that we must encouraged to our kids. Today we are sharing you how to make a Toy Car out of different used materials. Instead of throwing them, why not making them more useful right?

To Start our project , we need the following

• Disposable Caps
• Huge Straw (2 pcs)
• Cardboard (used)
• White Bond Paper 
• A pair of barbecue stick
• Laces
• Glue gun and glue sticks
• Masking tape

Outline four Circles on the cardboard using the disposable cap

Cut them and set them aside first.

Create a hole at the side of the disposable cap making it possible for our straw to pass through from one side to another

Do the same thing to the other cap

Connect the mouth of the two caps using a masking tape

Cover it with a white card board and serve it as your car's chasis

Make your own design for your race car and after doing so, set it aside first.

Get the cardboard circles you cut awhile ago. And now using a stick, create a hole at the center of each circled card board

Do the same thing with other circles. Using the glue gun, put the lace around the circle.

 Do the same thing with other three and this will serve as our wheels.

Connect the wheels using a barbeque sticks and lock them the tape. Just put the stick inside the straw and connect the wheels on both sides.
